hey, i’m Brigitta
my outfits used to feel hit or miss.
For years, I would purge and restock my closet every 6–12 months, hoping that this time, I’d finally get it right.
I kept shopping chasing a vibe I couldn’t quite name but kept seeing on my Pinterest board.
Some outfits felt so me—but I never knew how to recreate them.
Others made me feel like I was trying too hard.
I couldn’t tell what made something worth the splurge, or why I kept reaching for the same few pieces over and over while the rest just… hung in my closet unworn.
I decided to give myself guardrails to check my shopping and outfit creation with 3 words that felt like they described me.
Outfit creation started to feel more predictable and I stopped scrolling Pinterest every time I had an event pop up. Shopping became more intentional as I’d hold up new pieces and weigh them against my personal style.
My closet got smaller and my outfits got better.
After hundreds of “How do I style this?” questions from clients and friends, I realized the answer was always the same:
If you knew your personal style, you’d know what to do.
Cover Story exists to answer:
“Why doesn’t this outfit feel like me?”
…and
“How do I fix it?”
This is the cheatsheet for those pieces you own but can never quite figure out. The ones that can be amazing with the right strategy to back them up.
wait, will this actually work for me?

Not the whole thing—this isn’t a full closet clean-out (that’s what The Collection is for). But we do look at about two weeks’ worth of outfits you’ve actually been wearing. Those are the pieces you already reach for, and they give us the insight we need. We start with what’s working, so we can build from there.
-
All good! You’ll get a quick tutorial in your client dashboard to help you clean it up, and we only need 15–20 images that actually feel like you. No perfection required, just vibes.
-
Perfect. We’re not here to mess with that—I want you feeling like you. We figure out what comfy and casual actually means for your personal style, so you stop getting lost in racks and start spotting the pieces that have your name written all over them. We’ll find that little something that makes even your low-key looks feel pulled together, personal, and way more ‘you’.
-
Not on this one. Cover Story is all about strategy. We create the vision first so you can start putting it together with what you already own. If you decide you’d like my help shopping after, we can chat next steps and find the best way to keep the momentum going.
