10 WEEK GROUP PROGRAM
Your style gets to reflect everything that makes you who you are. But instead, you’re downplaying what makes you interesting so you can perform a version of yourself
The version that’s: timeless, successful, effortless — this performance to show that we have it together, that style is somehow baked into our dna, that we’re modern but not too trendy. Like we’re in the know but don’t waste too much effort on it.
Aren't our outfits supposed to look "put together" to indicate that we have our lives in order?
We hold ourselves to this AI bossbabe ideal of what a woman should be: polished, put together, palatable
And despite the identity work you’ve already done, your closet is still speaking to a past version of you.
The event outfit you asked everyone about because you didn’t want to get wrong that turns out so generic you’re wondering where you disappeared to.
The brand shoot look that you swore would be different this time but in reality you’d never actually be caught dead in that blouse.
The shopping haul you thought would fix your “nothing to wear” days is simply another version of what you already own and don’t vibe with.
Refine sharpens the way you look at style so you can turn it into a tool to own who you are, have it become a source of joy when you get dressed and infuse creativity into your day to day
“now I feel like I am much more curious about fashion and it's relationship to ALL parts of self — not just how we look, but the way it connects to other feelings of worthiness we may have, patterning from childhood, culture, all the things. it's been so cool to get to know so much more about myself through the process”
Xanthe
You think you should have style figured out by now and it’s not for lack of trying
But when you shop, you come home with another version of a top you already own. And despite having a full closet, it’s still not giving you options that feel right for the work event coming up.
You’ve taken the style quiz, created the moodboard and you’ve purged your closet. Twice.
At the beginning of each season, you tell yourself that this is going to be IT: the season you figure out how to reconnect with your style.
You feel resourced too, since you’re flush on information and saved content about how you should dress, where you can shop, what’s in, what’s out.
Except the advice is either too tactical or consumption based.
You tried the tips + tricks but learning how to do a perfect sleeve roll doesn’t exactly help you make the most of the closet you have.
You don’t want to replace the entirety of your closet either, but it seems the rest of the advice out there is centered on buying the next thing.
Refine teaches you the strategy that connects your existing closet, identity and lifestyle so you can consciously curate a wardrobe you love.
That strategy becomes the WHY behind your outfit and shopping choices.
When you have a solid structure, you weigh every decision against it, instead of looking for permission everywhere else.
Because when identity is on the line, you want to get it right and completely handing it off to someone else isn’t always the right call.
After Refine, you walk away with so much more than a few great outfits. You end up with a stronger sense of who you are and how to express it.
Who’s looking back at you in the mirror when you’re getting dressed?
the cool hunter
She’s editing content and she’s fussing with her outfit in the video so she’s tinkering with her brand fonts, colours — anything to make up for the taste gap in what she’s seeing.
The kind of outfits she wants take too much work, so much planning, putting together, changing. If this is style, she doesn’t want it. Except she does, badly.
She’s always missing a piece of the puzzle.
Something is not clicking in practice, the outfits are rarely as good as she wants to feel.
She’s done being trend aware and wants to establish a signature style that no longer involves copying Pinterest outfits from head to toe.
the certainty chaser
She’s creating her fall 2026 moodboard, which is nestled right next to summer 2026, fall 2025, fall 2024…. she’s got the substacks saved, podcast episodes downloaded. She’s in heavy curation mode and it feels too precious to get it wrong.
Perfection is the name of the game for her. It’s also the reason she’s stuck.
She’s putting a lot of pressure on her wardrobe because the thing driving it is an identity shift and it feels big. Too big to hand off or risk getting wrong.
A closet overhaul is probably in order but that project is a heavy lift.
Maybe she’ll start with some timeless basics she can keep for a long time.
But what those are exactly, it’s unclear. Back to the Pinterest boards…
the permission seeker
She’s texting the group chat to figure out what everyone is wearing because she’d rather show up safe than stand out in a bad way.
Her default is safe outfits but she doesn’t feel like she is expressing who she is.
She loves the confidence she gets from an outfit that feels like her but she can’t figure out how to recreate that formula.
Being misunderstood is something she’s not willing to risk. The certainty of fitting in keeps winning over taking a chance. What if she gets it wrong?
She wants to embrace style but she’s worried she won’t get taken seriously for showing up as more herself so she downplays who she is when she gets dressed.
the fantasy dresser
She just blew half a commission cheque on a shopping spree but she still doesn’t have anything to wear on a girls trip this weekend.
It’s Friday night and she’s sitting with her entire closet on her bedroom floor.
Even though she has a full closet, none of what’s in there ever feels like it works for her life.
She’s spending time, money and effort but her shopping still isn’t translating into outfits that feel like her.
If only she can figure out what’s the *thing is between polished and athleisure that’s not jeans and a graphic tee, all this would be solved.
You might see yourself in one of these, or take bits from each one because after all, you’re a layered human
Personal style is born at the intersection of your full expression and the constraints of your practical life
You have style but you haven’t figured out the formula to be stylish. Yet.
Refine blends practicality with creativity/creative expression.
We start with an intention.
Before we look at any of your moodboards, audit your closet or look for anything to buy, you decide on who you need to be in the next 6 to 12 months.
For you to get the result you actually want, the process asks of you to be honest about the way you want to see yourself: your full expression
This is your time to claim it.
You set the identity based vision for your style during the first week of the program so it can guide every decision that comes after.
We consider every aspect that shapes your style: your vision, what you’re pinning, your closet, your day-to-day, what you wear in a panic when nothing else works.
You determine the constraints that influence your full expression. All the things that are not style, but shape how you dress.
Where you live, how much you walk, how many times you get in and out of a car.
Before style becomes effortless, it has to meet the practicality of your daily life.
We meet as a group every week to create your wardrobe.
You’re building out your expertise in the style you want so you can intuitively recreate it.
articulate the full expression of the personal style you want so you know exactly what does and doesn’t belong in it
define the non-negotiable practical constraints that keep your style in check and get you actually wearing your clothes
learn from what you already reach for in your closet before you shop
find the outfit formulas that make getting dressed easy
understand the shapes and proportions that suit the way you want to dress your body
learn styling techniques to put together creative outfits
develop sustainable habits to make getting dressed low effort
create the shopping list that makes it all happen
You’re learning the skill of throwing things together in a way that shouldn’t work, but it somehow does.
You stretch your full expression as far as you can without it impacting the way you move through your day.
By the end of our time together, you’ll have 10 new vetted pieces in your closet that do exactly that.
You’ll become an expert in interpreting what you naturally gravitate towards and meeting that taste with a closet that feels like it reads your mind.
“Figuring out chill vs. professional! Most of my clothes are chill. I definitely buy for comfort at this point in my life. It was cool to explore how can I also integrate a feeling of maturity in my outfits. I can be comfortable and have that chill, approachable aura about me, but also have the level of professionalism of like, she knows her shit, she knows what she's doing and that's somebody I would trust. We found a cool balance there between the two that I really wasn't able to grasp before.”
Alyssa
break up with buyers’ remorse
Each week of Refine is focused on defining exactly what makes a piece worth investing in.
You’ll take inspiration from your interests while shopping for function for a style that feels unique to you.
Your closet becomes wearable because you have the style formulas that give you instant ease and certainty in your creative choices.
The group chat stops feeling like a lifeline for outfit ideas because you can self-resource based on what’s in your closet. No more choosing between cute and comfy, personality or professional. You’re navigating the opposites with confidence.
We’re leaving behind the stress of what you have on and replacing it with staying present in your daily life.
Week 1: full expression
Create the intention that guides your personal style based on who you need to become in the next 6-12 months. You set the direction that turns clothing + accessories into tangible details you can look for. You’ll work off a set of prompts and I’ll show you how to turn those into the 3 words that guide your style.
week 2: constraints
Peek at how you spend your days, what the occasional contexts are that you need to dress for to make sure you’re ready with options for all of it. During our live session we’ll chat about how well your closet is meeting your daily routine and find what’s missing so you can start shaping your shopping list.
week 4: discernment
Learn the audit framework that helps you identify exactly what makes you reach for the pieces that are no-brainers to put on. The audit helps you figure out the reason for why clothes that used to work don’t anymore so you can create a list of non-negotiables.
week 4: ease
Find the formulas that make getting dressed less mental work. List out all the pieces that work within each formula so you always know which top pairs with which bottom and what shoes.
week 5: balance
Body neutrality is one great outfit away. Pick up the styling methods that accentuate the parts you’re confident while downplaying the ones you’d rather take out of focus. Identify the areas where the styling can get more adventurous so your outfits look expressive without you feeling self conscious.
week 6: play
Choose your go-to styling methods that line up with your expression. We’ll cover colour pairings, focal points, layering and proportion mixing.
week 7: commit
Get feedback on your shopping plan. Submit your list of pieces and call out its function in your closet and how you’ll pair it. Shop knowing you’re making the right choices for your wardrobe gaps.
week 8: habits
Set sustainable habits that help you plan creative outfits without spending extra time (you don’t have) in the mornings. You’ll create weekly, monthly and seasonal practices to keep you on track long after you graduate.
week 8: habits
Wear the damn thing! These last two weeks are all about trying out your new pieces, get your styling questions answered and work through any kinks you find along the way.
“omg all the questions in the Full Expression section were GOLD I felt like I was unearthing sooo much about myself, i adored it. I loooved learning about the style words and how different elements play in — all the different textures, fabrics, etc. that was SUPER super helpful. Had a really cool moment where a friend actually described me in the EXACT words I'd used in this section without realizing it. It was so affirming to realize that alignment and made me feel hopeful that I can dress in a way that genuinely translates to who I am as a person”
Xanthe
Looking at you, accountability queen.
When you put on an outfit that helps you see yourself more clearly, you ease up on your body.
You take up space more easily knowing you can look amazing in an outfit without looking smaller.
Even though clothes are an outward expression, they ultimately change the way you see yourself.
And when you finally see yourself with confidence, you stop observing yourself from the outside like an audience.
This is your radical act of rebellion: stop apologizing for your body and dress it like it’s the only one you’ve got.
Before our 10 weeks are up, you’ll…
create your own style formula so each time you get dressed you have a mix of polish and personality
shop for function and vision so your outfits work for your day to day without leaving you out of them
create an intentional lifestyle capsule so you can stop thinking about what you have on and stay present in the contexts you’re showing up in
learn to take inspiration from your interests to create a style that feels unique to you without changing where you shop
have vetted outfit ideas ready to go for different occasions so you what everyone else is wearing doesn’t derail you
define exactly what makes a piece worth investing in so you stop getting buyers’ remorse
understand how to take cues from the room you’re dressing for so you can dress for the vibe, not to match everyone else

the rap sheet
hey, I’m brigitta
Style has really been my ride or die. It’s the tool I turn to when I need to make my way back to who I am.
From taking more responsibility in my corporate career to redefining my identity as an entrepreneur and showing up more aligned when I was getting back into dating. At each one of these milestones, I needed to show up as more myself.
The identity work that happens behind the scenes gets to show up in public through my creative self expression and my style choices.
My aesthetic choices have supported the vision of myself I was moving towards.
Style and creative self expression are reminders of how I want to see myself.
The byproduct of that is how others see me - my aesthetic choices are there to support that vision. The intent behind those choices is the good stuff that empowers me to wear it with confidence.
I’ve helped my clients see their style differently, so they become confident about the choices they’re making. Even when those choices are unexpected. Especially when those choices are unconventional.
The women I work with went from uncertainty and overwhelm to boldly dressing as the person they’ve become.
I’m so excited to create the kind of self trust in your wardrobe that translates into magnetic confidence.
When you have a strategy that supports your next identity evolution, you can begin to curate a closet that supports your vision.
“You'll learn more about how your lifestyle and fashion blend and why you like certain things over others. You'll learn more about yourself so you can apply that knowledge years down the road. Biggest takeway was translating my values into fashion elements — colours, shapes, textures. (Made me realize why I always feel like a clown where I tried to make silk skirts work lol, but now I know I need to balance it with something let's say, more rigid and rugged)”

still deciding?
Here’s what others asked before committing
-
During the first 6 weeks, the live calls are there to support you with each specific module. From finding your personal style, to auditing your closet and dressing for your body, the calls are a space to ask questions about any of the practical steps or get coaching around the mindset pieces that come up. Weeks 7-10 are for implementation and catching up on any modules you need to revisit.
-
We collaborate inside shared spaces where you get my eyes on your closet and shopping as well as feedback on each of your modules ahead of the calls. Once the crew is on the calls together, I’ve already done my homework on your progress so far and come ready to answer your questions.
-
You select the pieces, I’m here to guide and give you feedback based on what you share with me. Through the modules, you will be able to compile a shop list based on the gaps you identify in your closet, your personal style and the way you want to dress your body. It’s a joint effort and by the time we get to the shopping, you’ll be buzzing with ideas!
-
You will have to set intentional time aside to get the best results. We have weekly live calls together for the duration of the program and I recommend you spend anywhere from 1-2 hours on each of the modules outside of the calls.
-
Each call is 60 minutes long, and we meet once a week as a group during the program.
-
I’ll be supporting you with feedback about each of the modules inside your Notion or Google Doc you share with me. For any other questions that come up, our Slack channel is open and I’ll be in there Monday through Friday.
-
Inside Refine, we create a system to help you find what makes an easy outfit and how to plan for the week even when you’re crunched for time. We take the outfits you love and recreate them with similar pieces from your closet so your new outfits still feel familiar. You walk away with tools to get dressed so you can breeze through it on your own once your service wraps up.
-
That’s ok, you only share what you’re comfortable with! You are welcome to share anything that’s private with me and ask questions inside our shared spaces like your digital closet or your Google Doc.
“Having outfit formulas isTHE BEST honestly this rewired my brain. It completely changed the way I think about getting dressed and made it soooo clear why some things work / don't for me. I really loved it. It's so helpful having these things in my head while getting dressed in the morning and made it way faster / smoother to decide on fits”

before you think you’re ready
I don’t know that there is a day when you decide that you’re ready for style.
You’ve told yourself that once you’re more fit, you have more time, a bigger budget, you can curate the kind of closet that makes getting dressed in the morning feel meaningful.
While these things are helpful to have, they can keep you waiting.
Turning a big style vision into real, practical outfits is not a skill any of us were born with.
But it’s a skill that you can develop.
Some call that effortless dressing, or a perfect nonchalance.
But why downplay it like that?
Style is about carefully selecting the things you own like they are all part of an artfully curated life where your closet isn’t replaceable stuff but a meaningful contribution to the joy of living.
Refine doesn’t ask you to pass a milestone before you can show up as your full self.
It shows you that who you are right now is more than enough for intentional style.
